Call agent Rotterdam

For our head office in Rotterdam, we immediately have opneings for experienced telemarketers. We are looking for professional agents for both B2B and B2C who have the talent to tackle challenging projects with us.

We do not handle calls related to energy, cheaper calls, charities or lotteries. Experience in this industry is therefore not an advantage. We are, however, looking for experienced agents of the highest level. This is not a side job. You will be trained internally by our client and our trainers and you will use your experience to create a top performance every day.

Do you recognize the following qualities in yourself?
– a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
– HBO education or higher
– perfect command of the Dutch language
– commercial and service-oriented insight
– affinity with Word / Excel / Outlook computers
– patient and independent
– no push mentality / result oriented
– pleasant telephone voice
