Apart from the fact that our agents are the representative and functional business card of your company, they all master the matter at hand. Namely your company and your product/service, we recognize every signal of the customer and with the necessary product knowledge, we can handle it directly.
Unlike a traditional answering service, our front office is trained to actually help the customer.

Customers can always place an order, make an appointment or make a reservation. Standard from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An upgrade to 24/7 is easily realised. On each project a project manager and at least 1 supervisor will be appointed, these will be fully trained at the level of your own employees.
